This is for you if you're dealing with:
Anxiety, depression, burnout, imposter syndrome
Lying awake at 3am with racing thoughts
Tension headaches, digestive issues, chronic tension
Overthinking decisions, working harder but feeling stuck
Perfectionism that keeps you performing instead of being present
Major life transitions or career changes
Relationship patterns that keep you isolated or disconnected
Common goals:
Breaking perfectionist patterns that fuel burnout and imposter syndrome
Managing anxiety and stress without controlling or numbing everything
Making decisions without exhausting mental grind
Sleeping well and reducing physical stress symptoms
Setting boundaries that actually work, even in high-pressure tech culture
Feeling like yourself again instead of performing who you think you should be
Being the parent you want to be, not repeating the patterns you experienced
-
This is for you if you're dealing with:
Questioning your relationship with substances
Drinking or using more than intended, difficulty moderating
Using substances to manage stress, anxiety, or unprocessed pain
Early sobriety or long-term recovery work
Recovery challenges (white knuckling, stuck in old patterns)
Dual diagnosis (mental health + substance use)
Grief, loss, or processing difficult experiences
Generational patterns you don't want to pass to your kids
Common goals if working with substances or in recovery:
Getting sober and staying sober without constant white knuckling
Understanding what drove substance use (trauma, anxiety, depression, unprocessed pain)
Developing emotional regulation skills so you don't need substances to cope
Repairing relationships damaged by addiction
Addressing patterns that persist after sobriety
Building a life worth staying sober for
Breaking the cycle so your kids don't inherit your struggles
Note for those in recovery: I strongly recommend 12-step participation (AA/NA/SMART Recovery) alongside therapy. Therapy addresses what drives addiction. Support groups provide community and accountability. You need both.
How to Get Started
You don't have to figure this out alone. Let's talk about what's keeping you stuck and how therapy might help. We'll talk about what you're dealing with and whether we're a good fit to work together.
No pressure. No judgment. Just a conversation.
